Menu for the week

by the way every thing is made from scratch that I make, unless its like beef stroganoff or chicken carbonara, I use jars and add the meat and vegies etc to it. But yeah, the rest is made from scratch, best way to eat so you can control the ingredients and fat content.

Monday- Beef and Vegie stirfry with rice
Tuesday- Marinated chicken breast (tomato and herb) with mashed potato and salad
Wednesday- Lasagna, garlic bread and salad
Thursday-left overs
Friday- chicken schnitzel and vegies
Saturday- lamb chops and vegies
Sunday- home made pizza's.

  2. Lorne I must admit that I don't make my own dough, I use Pita Bread bases. But I have had this dough before that my SIL made of Jamie's, it was lovely!

  3. Ooohh!! Pita Pizzas are the best!! So easy, and you can get 100% whole grain pitas.

    How do you season your stirfry?

  4. We had wholemeal pita bread, I don't think I have seen wholegrain ones here.
    Didn't do much with the stirfry, just garlic, honey and soy. Mum adds coriander and ginger to hers but we didn't have coriander and I hate ginger :P
